Refund policy

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All orders are custom-made to order and sales are final.

Once an order has been placed, we can not make any adjustments or accept any cancellations. This includes changing the shipping address.

If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us at hello@alyfickphotography.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Please make sure to open your package within this time. Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos, the original print, or both to process your claim.
